Born 3/24/42 in Queens New York and served in the U.S. Navy for 35 years. Anthony fought in Vietnam near the beginning of the war in 1962 thru 1964, and was a crew member of PBR boat that patrolled and fought on the rivers and tributaries throughout the Mecong Delta region of Vietnam. Anthony was the recipient of the Bronze Star with combat "V”. After Vietnam Anthony served on many ships and stations before his retirement in 1995. Before joining the Navy Anthony worked at various jobs such as his family’s fish stores, plumber, and steamfitter. After his separation from the Navy Anthony worked in the white collar world as a computer programmer, systems analyst, programming manager, and finally director of data processing. Anthony has been married twice. His first wife, Joan Corso died in child birth in 1970. Anthony and Joan had three sons: James, Michael, and Daniel. After Joan passed away Anthony married the former Patricia Chiazzese and currently live Dix Hills (Long Island) New York.
